2 Onions, 1 Sweet Onion and 1 Cooking Onion - both chopped
3 Habaneros, seeded and minced
5 Cloves of Garlic
Kosher Salt
1 t New Mexican Chili Powder
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Allspice
1/2 t Celery Salt
1/2 t Black Pepper
60oz Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 C Water
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C White Sugar
1 Clove
1 t Brown Mustard
1/2 C Cider Vinegar
