Armadillo Eggs

Here is one of my all time favorite game day snacks!
 
1 Jalapeno
1 Fresno Chili
1/2lb Breakfast Sausage
2 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Your favorite BBQ rub
1/4 C Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Chunk Smoke Wood - such as Apple
